Rescheduling & Cancellation
PTE Academic bookings are subject to Pearson’s cancellation and rescheduling policies.
According to Pearson’s current policy:
- Rescheduling 14 or more days before the test can be done free of charge.
- Within 14 days, the appointment generally needs to be cancelled and rebooked, with applicable fees.
- Cancellation 14 or more days before the test may be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation 8–13 days before the test may receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellation 7 days or fewer before the test generally receives no refund.
